Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience, with 2+ years supporting executive-level users.
• Expert-level knowledge of MacOS and Windows 10/11, MS Office, and mobile OS.
• Experience with AD, VPN, remote desktop, and cloud services (O365).

Responsibilities

• Provide premium IT support to executive leadership and EAs.
• Configure and deploy executive devices (MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android).
• Document requests and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with executives.
