Job summary

Tishman Speyer is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to deliver white-glove, real-time technical support to our CEO and senior executives. You will handle high-touch device management (iPads/iPhones) and critical apps (Windows 11, Outlook, Teams, O365, Zoom, iOS Mail, PDF Expert, Diligent) with confidentiality and discretion.

In this role you will work with the admin team, maintain configurations, and ensure peak performance across enterprise tools, including Intune MDM and Apple ecosystem

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in IT support, with 3+ years supporting executives.
Experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, global settings.
Proficient with Apple iOS devices and ecosystem management.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Diligent.

Responsibilities

Provide high-touch IT support to executives with rapid response and real-time resolution.
Support and maintain iPads and iPhones and synchronize configurations across devices.
Troubleshoot applications including Windows 11, Outlook, Teams and O365.
Collaborate with administration to minimize disruption and escalate when needed.
Configure devices, apply updates, and perform proactive maintenance.
