Job summary

Kforce is seeking a PC Tech in Cerritos, CA to provide technical support for employees across corporate offices and remote locations. You will handle laptops, desktops, VDI, mobile devices, and business applications, ensuring adherence to IT standards and SLAs.

You will resolve complex issues, install hardware/software, and test systems. Experience in end-user support, vendor coordination, and mentoring IT staff is valued. On-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user support for computers, mobile devices, and AV gear.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across devices.
• Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for installation, configuration, maintenance, and usability of computers, mobile devices, and AV tech.
• Partner with third-party vendors to troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Collaborate with teams to test, deploy, and support standard tech solutions.
• Perform equipment moves, additions, changes, and relocations.
• Mentor and train IT support personnel to improve service delivery.
• Manage projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution and updates.
• Serve as a point of contact for executive support needs.
• Deliver high-touch technical support to senior leaders with professionalism and discretion.
• Participate in after-hours or on-call support as needed to ensure business continuity.
