Job summary

Kforce is seeking a PC Technician in Richardson, TX to provide end-user IT support across corporate offices and remote sites. You will install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, VDIs, software, and audiovisual systems, ensuring adherence to IT standards.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to test and deploy standard technology solutions, handle equipment moves, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user IT support across computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with installing and configuring hardware/software per IT standards.
• Experience collaborating with vendors or providers for issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for installation, configuration, maintenance, and usability of computers, mobile devices, peripherals, software applications, and audiovisual technology.
• Partner with third-party vendors and technology providers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with business and operational teams to test, deploy, and support standard technology solutions.
• Perform equipment moves, additions, changes, and relocations as required.
• Mentor and train IT support personnel to enhance knowledge and service delivery.
• Manage projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution and updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for executive support needs and address critical technology requirements.
• Deliver high-touch technical support to senior leaders with professionalism and discretion.
• Participate in after-hours or on-call support to ensure business continuity.
