Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Los Angeles, onsite to provide hands-on end-user support across multiple locations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and connectivity, and image/deploy PCs, laptops, and Macs using enterprise tools.

The role includes moves, relocations, and ongoing equipment lifecycle tasks. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 2 years in IT support, strong customer service, and the ability to work onsite and remotely in a healthcare or large

Qualifications

6 months to 2 years of IT Support or Desktop Support experience.
Experience troubleshooting Windows devices and enterprise applications.
Knowledge of hardware repair, imaging, deployment and device setup.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to support users onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote desktop support for end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
Image and deploy PCs, laptops, and Macs using enterprise tools.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals.
Support workstation moves, equipment deployments, and office relocations.
Perform network port activations and desktop patching.
Assist with inventory management and replacement equipment logistics.
Escalate complex technical issues when needed while delivering exceptional customer service.
