Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington seeks an Onsite Support professional within Executive and Internal Technology Support (EITS) to deliver high-level IT support to executives and VIP users. You will configure and maintain executive devices and provide on-site and remote support for meetings, presentations, and events.

In this hybrid role, you will perform technical consulting, system analysis, and collaborate with staff to implement best practices, while staying current with emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Provides white-glove IT support to executives, senior leadership, and VIP users.
• - Configures, deploys, maintains, and replaces executive computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• - Provides onsite and remote support for executive meetings, presentations, and events.
• - Provides technical consulting, advising, and systems analysis services for client-supported software and systems.
• - Researches and evaluates new technologies and releases; advises on deployment strategies.
• - Collaborates with staff on complex issues requiring specialized knowledge.
• - Stays current on emerging technologies and best practices to improve IT support processes.
