Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks an Executive IT Support Specialist to deliver discreet, high‑levels of technology support for executive leadership and VIP stakeholders. You will manage devices, collaboration tools, and meeting spaces, ensuring secure, reliable access across remote and on-site environments.

Qualifications

1+ year IT support, desktop or executive support.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience supporting senior leaders or VIP users is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Provide executive tech support via in-person, remote, phone, and on-demand channels.
Prepare technology for high-visibility events (meetings, video conferences).
Troubleshoot devices, networks, VPN, authentication, and collaboration tools.
Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, service desk, networking, facilities and vendors.
Document root causes and recommend improvements to reduce disruption.
