Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a services-oriented IT support professional to assist the CEO and executive team from our Naperville, IL office. Responsibilities include desktop support for Windows and Mac, Office 365 administration, VOIP handling, and hardware provisioning.

On-call coverage is required for the CEO and assistant, with travel to Fort Lauderdale and Baltimore as needed. This is a contract role with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have prior experience supporting VP level and above.
• Broad knowledge of Windows and Mac hardware/software in a Microsoft environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop technical support to external and internal customers.
• Support Office 365 and mobile device management (MDM).
• Setup and install desktops/laptops; configure hardware, OS, peripherals, and software.
