Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst (Executive) to serve as the primary IT resource for a newly established New York City office in the World Trade Center. You will provide executive-level IT support, desktop administration, AV assistance, and light networking to ensure a seamless technology experience for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support, or IT Support roles.
• 3+ years supporting executives, C-level leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Strong experience providing Tier 2/Tier 3 support in enterprise environments.
• Expertise supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS and mobile devices, Microsoft 365 Suite, Outlook and Teams, Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch, concierge-level IT support to executives and senior leadership.
• Provide technology support for board meetings, executive presentations, town halls, and confidential meetings.
• Conduct proactive pre-meeting technology checks and provide real-time support during critical events.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality while supporting executive users.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for leadership teams.
