Job summary

MidAmerican Energy Company seeks an IT Enterprise Specialist III-Executive Support in Omaha to deliver concierge tech support for a senior executive, ensuring readiness for meetings and travel. You will manage secure devices, conferencing systems, and collaboration tools with discretion.

You will work with IT teams to resolve complex issues, perform health checks on executive devices, and maintain flawless service during high-visibility events. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent.
• Five years of hands-on experience in a technical support role including desktop support.
• Requires 6:30 AM start time, occasional after hours and weekends and on-call availability.
• Excellent independent troubleshooting and resolution skills across multiple technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge end-user technical support with autonomy.
• Coordinate PC hardware/software installation and testing; implement hardware/software testing.
• Deliver onsite and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, mobile devices, conferencing, and connectivity.
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot Teams Rooms systems and conference room AV components.
• Support third-party conferencing such as Webex or Zoom as needed.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support IT infrastructure and applications.
• Develop, complete and document processes per corporate standards.
• Provide hands-on voice-system support (desk phones, call routing, softphone tools).
• Assist with service desk QA processes and service management initiatives.
