The role requires 4+ years in IT support (2+ with executives), a US work authorization, and strong MS 365/Intune expertise. Base pay ranges from USD 88,000 to 108,000 with a 20–30% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years supporting executives or VIP users preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in an information technology related field or demonstrated comparable experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong expertise in Mobile device management (Intune or similar).
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Windows and macOS operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, concierge-level IT support to executives and senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all executive technology needs.
• Anticipate and proactively resolve issues before they impact productivity.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues across Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
