Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist to provide world-class IT support to the executive team. You will ensure executives have state-of-the-art, always-on IT solutions and must communicate clearly while staying organized.

You will design, deploy, and support a wide range of technologies, manage schedules, and provide after-hours and weekend support as needed, collaborating with IT, applications, and information security teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support.
• 1+ years of experience in executive IT support.
• Experience with Windows, OS X, iOS, or Android operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support with a focus on ownership and follow-through with every interaction.
• Work closely with IT, Applications, and Information Security teams to ensure enterprise solutions enable the executive team.
• Design, document, deploy, and support a wide range of technologies used by the executive team.
• Manage schedules and provide after-hours and weekend support when necessary.
