Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist to deliver world-class IT solutions to our executive team. The role requires self-direction, organization, and strong communication to ensure reliable systems.

Responsibilities include high-level support, cross-team collaboration, and designing and supporting a wide range of executive technologies, with after-hours availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
• 1+ years of executive IT support experience
• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android operating systems

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support with ownership and follow-through
• Collaborate with IT, Applications, and Security teams to enable executive solutions
• Design, document, deploy, and support a wide range of executive technologies
• Manage schedules and provide after-hours and weekend support when necessary
