Digital Realty in Austin, TX seeks an Senior Executive IT Support Engineer to deliver white-glove IT support exclusively to C‑suite executives and their assistants. You will operate across the office, travel, and high‑stakes meetings, ensuring productivity and discretion at all times.

You’ll partner with L2/L3 teams, manage devices end-to-end, oversee MDM and Intune, AD and Azure AD, and provide proactive, on‑site and remote support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and executive AV systems.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
5+ years in technical IT support, with VIP/Executive experience.
Strong ITIL knowledge and incident/problem management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, AD/AAD, Intune, and end‑user device management.

Mansioni

Serve as dedicated IT support for C-suite executives and assistants.
Provide proactive, anticipatory IT support during meetings or travel.
Deliver hands-on, on-site and remote support with a white-glove service mentality.
Troubleshoot Windows/MacOS, Microsoft 365, and executive AV systems.
Support executive travel tech needs including VPN and provisioning.
Set up and oversee AV/tech environments for board meetings and events.
