Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking an IT Support, Executive Services professional to deliver white-glove, high-touch support for our C-suite and executives in Austin. You will partner with Executive Assistants and regional IT teams to ensure seamless operations, zero-downtime hardware refreshes, and proactive service delivery.

You’ll resolve queue tickets, manage executive devices, and support event tech for high-stakes meetings, while maintaining confidentiality and urgency in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in IT Desktop Support / Service Desk roles with dedicated executive support experience.
• Experience partnering with Executive Assistants to coordinate high-stakes schedules.
• Strong familiarity with macOS, Windows, and mobile devices in enterprise IT.
• Hands-on with SaaS, Identity, and ticketing tools to maintain seamless access.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Executive Assistants to plan around travel, meetings, and hardware upgrades.
• Provide white-glove IT support to C-level executives and VIP visitors in Austin with discretion.
• Manage executive hardware assets and VIP spare inventories, ensuring uninterrupted productivity.
• Resolve high-volume Tier 1–3 tickets quickly while aligning with IT changes and SLAs.
• Lead end-to-end event tech for executive meetings, including pre-event AV testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Digital Employee Experience to troubleshoot endpoints and automate deployments.
