Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking an IT Support, Executive Services professional to deliver white-glove, high-touch technical support for the C-suite in Austin. Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive leadership and partnering with Executive Assistants.
• Troubleshooting executive conference room systems and AV technology (Zoom Rooms, Neat).
• MacOS, Windows OS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android) expertise.
• Proficient with SaaS, Identity, and ticketing platforms (Okta/SSO, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, O365, Jira Service Management).
• Knowledge of MDM tools (Jamf and Intune).
• Strong interpersonal skills and discretion when supporting executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove, high-touch technical support to C-level executives and VIP visitors in Austin.
• Manage executive hardware assets and VIP spare inventories, including planned refreshes.
• Build trusted relationships with Executive Assistants to plan around travel and meetings.
• Resolve Tier 1-3 tickets quickly while maintaining SLA alignment with the team.
• Support end-to-end event tech for high-stakes meetings and town halls, including pre-event testing.
• Collaborate with Digital Employee Experience to optimize device provisioning and queue health.
