Job summary

Teceze USA in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Deskside Support professional to join a long-term enterprise IT support engagement, delivering high-touch, white-glove service to VP-level executives and VIP users onsite.

You are expected to bring 3+ years of end-user support experience, strong Windows/M365, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, and ITSM ticketing (ServiceNow), along with a professional executive-facing presence and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Desktop/Deskside/End User Support experience.
