Job summary

FreshTech in New York seeks a VIP Executive Support Specialist to act as the technology concierge for C-Suite leaders, blending elite systems engineering with high-touch hospitality. You'll manage hardware, software, secure remote access, and seamless collaboration in boardrooms, home offices, and during travel.

The role requires VIP support experience in finance or law, mastery of Microsoft 365 E5, Entra ID, Intune, PowerShell, and cross‑platform proficiency.

Qualifications

• VIP/executive IT support experience, preferably in financial services or legal sectors.
• Strong ability to translate cybersecurity concepts for non-technical leaders.
• Proficient with Intune, Azure AD Entra ID and Microsoft 365 E5.
• Experience scripting (PowerShell) and policy management (GPO).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technology liaison to C-Suite executives and Board members.
• Own technical success of hybrid events and board meetings with enterprise AV and conferencing rooms.
• Manage and secure remote access, devices, and travel kits for executives.
• Balance daily support with long-term engineering projects across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android.
