JCW Group's Chicago client seeks an IT Support Operations Associate to join the technology team. This hands-on, client-facing role supports executives and end users in a regulated financial environment, delivering white-glove service in fast-paced settings.

The ideal candidate brings strong Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Zoom expertise, plus familiarity with macOS, SaaS administration, and ITIL processes. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential for success.

Competenze

• 3-5 years IT support experience, ideally within financial services or professional services.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Zoom.
• Familiarity with macOS, SaaS administration, and MDM for iOS/Android devices.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience supporting AV and conference room technologies for internal and client-facing events.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes including incident and service request management.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access management.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills - comfortable engaging with executive-level users.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation certification a plus.
