Job summary

Extreme Reach, Inc. in Burbank is seeking an Associate IT Support Engineer to be the primary IT contact for the office, supporting onsite and remote staff with Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, identity management, and endpoint tools while coordinating with global IT teams.

You will manage tickets, assist with AV systems and room scheduling, oversee device provisioning and basic network tasks, and contribute to documentation and IT process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 and macOS issues.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Familiarity with Active Directory or Entra ID.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for onsite and remote users across Windows 11 and macOS environments, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, email, applications, and peripherals.
• Log, track, prioritize, and manage support tickets through the IT service desk system, maintaining ownership through resolution or escalation.
• Support meeting room audio/visual technologies and video conferencing systems.
• Administer user accounts, groups, licensing, and access within Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Assist senior engineers with monitoring, maintaining, and basic troubleshooting of local network infrastructure, including Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, VPNs, and printers.
