Job summary

URTech Computers seeks a senior sales leader to drive revenue selling our offshore engineering teams. You will target CTOs, CIOs, and engineering VPs in Western markets to scale development capacity with multi-year agreements.

Lead go-to-market, close >$1M deals, and negotiate MSAs. Travel globally and collaborate with HR to staff engagements, while leveraging executive-level compensation and equity options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales in offshore IT staffing or managed services.
• Massive rolodex of CTOs, CIOs and Engineering VPs in target markets.
• Experience closing deals worth $1M+ annually and negotiating MSAs.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing models and value articulation.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for offshore staff augmentation and dedicated teams.
• Identify and engage with C-level executives at scale-ups and enterprises in US/UK/EU.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (6-12 months).
• Negotiate MSAs, rate cards, and multi-year retainers.
• Collaborate with HR to staff the deals you close and gather market intel.
