Techouts is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Director of Sales to drive ERP and digital transformation revenue across the US market in a fully remote role. You will own US revenue targets, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and manage multi-million-dollar enterprise deals with CIOs and CFOs.

Target candidates bring 15–20 years of ERP sales experience in the US, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to partner with OEMs and cross-functional teams to modernize core systems nationwide.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of ERP/digital transformation sales experience in the US market.
• Proven success closing enterprise and multi-million-dollar deals.
• Knowledge of ERP ecosystems, OEM partnerships, and US compliance frameworks.
• Strong executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver US revenue targets for ERP and digital transformation services.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pipeline creation, solution selling, and deal closure.
• Manage complex enterprise deals with CIOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic US accounts.
• Partner with ERP OEMs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) on joint go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and PMO teams to ensure successful execution.
• Build, mentor, and scale a US-based sales team.
