Yoh is seeking an Executive Support Lead to partner with senior leaders and end users, delivering high‑visibility IT support across Windows endpoints, VDI, and collaboration tools. The role focuses on end-user computing, device lifecycle, AV/meeting tech, security, and automation within a hybrid NYC environment.

You will drive efficiency and modern workplace initiatives. Ideal candidates have 10+ years IT, 5+ years executive support, and hands-on experience with M365, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot,

Qualifikationen

10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Executive Support or Digital Workplace.
Proven history supporting senior executives and high-profile users.
Hands-on with M365, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, AVD, W365, and AWS WorkSpaces.

Aufgaben

Deliver executive and VIP technology support with high-visibility service.
Manage end-user computing, device lifecycle, and hybrid workspace automation.
Support AV, Teams Rooms, and hybrid meeting environments across sites.
Ensure security, compliance, and data protection for executive devices.
Collaborate with IT, Security, Facilities, and vendors; document playbooks.
Lead automation ideas and stay current on AI trends in the workplace.
