Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in Executive Support, End User Computing, Workplace Services, or related.
- 3+ years leading support teams, programs, vendors, or service delivery functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Executive Support engineers and contractors across direct and matrixed delivery.
- Ensure technology readiness for ELT, board meetings, and leadership events.
- Develop standards, dashboards, and KPIs to measure service quality and response times.
- Oversee device security, compliance, and lifecycle management for executive users.
