Job summary

Vylor is seeking an Engineering Lead for Executive Support to drive elite technology experiences for its ELT, GLT, and Board members. You will lead a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring readiness for board meetings, executive events, and critical engagements.

The role blends leadership, service delivery, and Digital Workplace excellence. The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft 365 and collaboration platform knowledge, plus 8–12 years in executive support, VIP tech service, and a track

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
8–12 years of experience in Executive Support, End User Computing, Workplace Services, or related.
3+ years leading support teams, programs, vendors, or service delivery functions.

Responsibilities

Lead Executive Support engineers and contractors across direct and matrixed delivery.
Ensure technology readiness for ELT, board meetings, and leadership events.
Develop standards, dashboards, and KPIs to measure service quality and response times.
Oversee device security, compliance, and lifecycle management for executive users.
