Job summary

Digile seeks a Senior End User Services (EUS) Support Engineer – Executive Support Specialist to lead VIP IT services for the executive leadership team. You will own desktop engineering platforms, identity lifecycles, and high-profile event AV systems.

This role blends secure identity management with proactive executive support across on-site, home, and travel environments. You will architect enrollment pipelines with Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf Pro, manage AD/Microsoft Entra ID, and enforce

Qualifications

• 6+ years of corporate IT infrastructure experience
• 3+ years in VIP/Executive White-Glove Support role
• Deep mastery of AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure RBAC, GPOs and SSO governance
• Expert proficiency with Intune, packaging and scripting
• Experience with Teams/Zoom admin centers and boardroom AV systems

Responsibilities

• Provide VIP tech support for C-suite and Board of Directors across on-site, home office and travel
• Deploy, harden and repair VIP hardware assets with hot-swappable backups
• Train executives on collaboration tools, security procedures and system enhancements
• Administer onboarding/offboarding lifecycles and access rights for executives
• Lead desktop patch management and endpoint security configurations
• Deliver end-to-end AV production for high-stakes executive events and board meetings
