You’ll deliver a true white-glove experience, managing executive laptops, mobile devices, boardroom AV, and secure collaboration tools to keep leadership productive and secure.

You will mentor support specialists, develop standards for executive services, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve issues quickly and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT support, including executive/VIP environments.
• Proven experience with conference room AV and video conferencing platforms.
• Experience supporting boardrooms or executive briefing environments.
• Familiarity with Intune, JAMF, or similar endpoint management.
• Exposure to digital signage or room scheduling tech.
• Strong Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level IT support to C‑suite and senior leaders.
• Configure and troubleshoot executive devices and mobile devices.
• Own boardroom tech, AV systems, and video conferencing.
• Proactively monitor executive tech environments and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and apps teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Document executive preferences and support history.
• Support executive travel with devices and connectivity setups.
• Develop standards and best practices for executive IT support.
