Job summary

OEC seeks a highly polished technology professional to deliver a true white-glove IT experience to our C-suite and senior leadership. You’ll manage executive devices, boardroom AV, and secure collaboration tools, ensuring a seamless digital experience across the organization.

You’ll mentor staff, shape executive IT standards, and collaborate with IT leadership on new technologies and strategic initiatives. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting executives or VIP users in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with conference room AV, video conferencing, and presentation tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level IT support to C-suite and senior leaders, minimizing disruption.
• Configure and troubleshoot executive devices (laptops, mobiles, peripherals).
• Manage boardroom/AV tech, including video conferencing and presentation tools.
• Monitor environments to resolve issues proactively and partner with IT teams on complex challenges.
• Develop standards, processes, and best practices for executive support.
