Franklin Fitch in New York City is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist (Executive Support) to provide white-glove technology support to senior executives on-site. You will own incidents from inception to resolution, ensuring an exceptional technology experience for leadership and staff.

The role requires prior experience in executive environments and a calm, discreet, professional presence with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT support or service delivery.
• 3+ years supporting executives in a white-glove capacity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11, and modern endpoint management.
• Experience with Apple devices in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary tech contact for executive leadership and assistants.
• Own incidents through resolution with high-touch, white-glove support.
• Maintain executive devices and ensure security and readiness.
• Support meeting rooms, AV, and video conferencing.
• Deliver proactive tech support to minimise disruption and enhance executive productivity.
