Job summary

OEConnection LLC is seeking an IT Principal Premium Support Specialist to deliver concierge-level IT support for C-suite executives in a hybrid Austin environment. You will configure and troubleshoot executive devices, manage boardroom AV and conferencing tools, and partner with security and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT support experience, including executive or VIP support in a corporate environment.
• Experience with conference room AV systems, video conferencing platforms and presentation tech.
• Experience supporting boardrooms or executive briefing environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune and JAMF.
• Exposure to digital signage, room scheduling systems or smart-office tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level technical support to C-suite and senior leaders, minimizing disruption.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot executive devices (laptops, workstations, peripherals, mobile devices).
• Own and support boardroom and conference room technology (AV, video conferencing, presentation tools).
• Proactively monitor executive technology environments to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application teams to resolve complex challenges.
• Ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding for executive teams and maintain preferences/history.
• Support executive travel with device prep, connectivity solutions, and remote access tools.
• Lead development of standards and best practices for executive support.
