Job summary

OEC in Texas seeks a polished technology professional to act as a dedicated partner to the C-suite and senior leaders, delivering a true white-glove IT experience. You'll manage executive devices, boardroom AV, and secure collaboration tools, ensuring technology simply works.

On-site as needed, you will mentor team members, shape service standards, monitor environments, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and apps teams to resolve issues swiftly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT support experience, including executive or VIP support in a corporate setting.
• Hands-on experience with conference room AV, video conferencing, and presentation tech.
• Experience supporting boardrooms or executive briefing environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools like Intune or JAMF.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, concierge-level technical support to C-suite and senior leaders.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot executive devices (laptops, mobiles, peripherals).
• Own boardroom/AV systems, video conferencing, and presentation tools.
• Proactively monitor executive tech environments to resolve issues before they arise.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve complex challenges.
• Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding experiences for executive team members.
• Maintain documentation of executive preferences, configurations, and history.
• Support executive travel with devices, connectivity, and remote access tools.
• Identify improvements to enhance the executive tech experience and lead standards.
• Mentor support specialists and contribute to service-excellence culture.
• Work with IT leadership to evaluate new technologies and strategic initiatives.
