Job summary

Worley is seeking an Executive Digital Operations Technician to deliver hands-on technology support to executives and assistants, primarily onsite in Houston. You will manage devices, conference rooms, and mobility, while coordinating with global IT teams to ensure rapid issue ownership and high service levels.

The role emphasizes discretion, professionalism, and strong customer service within a high-visibility environment, including occasional after-hours support and local travel.

Qualifications

• Associate/technical degree with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience supporting executives or high-profile users.
• ITIL/IT certifications are a plus; MS 365 familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside, executive and end-user IT support.
• Own and resolve executive incidents end-to-end with escalation as needed.
• Support conference rooms and collaboration technology (Barco, Logitech, Poly).
• Assist with workstation setup, onboarding, moves, and day-to-day break/fix tasks.
• Document activities and follow ITSM processes for updates.
• Travel locally for approved executive meetings and events.
