Summary

The Executive Digital Operations Technician is responsible for delivering dedicated, hands-on technology support to Executives and their Assistants, while also supporting users and workplace technology in Houston, TX. The role provides concierge-level, responsive support for end user devices, executive offices, conference rooms, mobile technology, meetings, events, onboarding activities, and local smart hands requirements.

The role supports a highly visible, time-sensitive executive environment where technology readiness, discretion, judgement, and rapid issue ownership are critical to successful day-to-day business operations.

The position serves as the primary onsite technology support presence for the designated executive population and works closely with global IT teams to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, maintain device and meeting readiness, and support day-to-day business operations. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong technical troubleshooting, ability to diagnose and resolve issues rapidly, sound judgment, professional presence, confidentiality, and a highly customer-focused approach. During periods of available capacity, the position also performs the standard local Digital Operations support responsibilities described below.

Responsibilities
Executive Support & Service Ownership
  • Provide concierge-level, rapid technology support for Executives and their Assistants in accordance with the established executive service and escalation model.
  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of executive incidents and requests, including intake, diagnosis, engagement of appropriate resolver teams, progress communication, appropriate escalation, and follow-through to confirmed resolution.
  • Exercise sound judgement in determining when an executive impacting issue requires immediate escalation while retaining ownership and coordinating resolution through the appropriate Digital Operations leadership and technical teams.
  • Coordinate proactively with Executive Assistants at the start of each business day to understand scheduled executive activities, important meetings, visitors, travel, workshops, and anticipated support needs.
  • Remain available and prepared to support scheduled executive activities, balancing physical presence with the confidentiality, quiet conduct, and limited-access expectations of the environment.
  • Prioritize support according to the designated executive service model, business impact, time sensitivity, and scheduled executive activities. Perform standard local Digital Operations duties during periods of available executive-support capacity.
  • Provide onsite support at approved offsite executive meetings, workshops, events, or temporary meeting locations when required, including occasional local travel and work outside standard business hours.
End User Support
  • Provide in person support for desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, printers and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, device and access related issues for local users.
  • Support new hire onboarding, workstation setup, user moves, and day to day break/fix activities.
  • Deliver timely user updates and ensure support activities are properly documented and managed through our approved ITSM processes.
  • Support executive conference room and collaboration technology, including proactive readiness checks and troubleshooting of displays, audio, video, conferencing, content-sharing, and peripheral equipment.
  • Assist with workstation setup, hot desk support, office moves, and shared workspace readiness.
  • Maintain familiarity with executive office and meeting-space technology, including but not limited to Dell laptops, Intune-managed MacBooks, docks, displays, mobile devices, Barco ClickShare, Logitech Rally and MeetUp systems, Poly collaboration devices, and related adapters and peripherals.
  • Support the operational readiness of color multifunction printer, including printing, copying, scanning, common troubleshooting, status and consumable checks, and coordination with the appropriate print support team when escalation is required.
  • Maintain executive technology and associated support areas to a consistently high standard of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and operational readiness. Use approved, manufacturer-appropriate cleaning methods and leave supported equipment in an improved state following each interaction.
  • Perform proactive checks of both Executives and Assistants workstations, conference rooms, shared technology, cabling, peripherals, and spare equipment as workload and access permit.
  • Provide local smart hands assistance for infrastructure, network, telecom or vendor led onsite activities as required.
  • Coordinate with regional and global support teams to ensure smooth handling of issues requiring escalation, while retaining ownership, maintaining communication, and following the issue through resolution.
Device Lifecycle & Logistics
  • Support deployment, provisioning, refresh, rebuild, recovery, and replacement of endpoint devices, including maintaining current and ready-to-deploy executive spare devices for rapid swap-out when required.
  • Assist with asset handling activities including receipt, setup, collection, return, and local coordination of hardware movements.
  • Support termination hardware retrieval, end of lease handling, and eWaste / recycling processes in alignment with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate awareness of local inventory, device readiness, and support requirements for the site, including a small, restricted stock of executive laptops, mobile devices, adapters, peripherals, and AV equipment.
Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Perform first-line diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of onsite IT issues, escalating where needed while maintaining end-to-end ownership of executive-impacting incidents and requests.
  • Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities affecting end user experience, support responsiveness or local site readiness.
  • Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure Teams, and third-party providers to help maintain stable service delivery.
  • Contribute to consistent support practices, documentation, and service quality across the local environment.
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Demonstrate commitment to health, safety and compliance requirements applicable to the office or site environment.
  • Follow company processes for security, asset management, access, and technology handling.
  • Complete all required site or office inductions and work in accordance with local HSE expectations.

  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across Dell Windows endpoints, Apple MacBook endpoints, standard business applications, docks, monitors, peripherals, mobile devices, printing, and user access issues.
  • Experience providing in person support to end users, including onboarding, break/fix, and workplace technology support.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
