Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT hardware, software and desktop peripherals support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, O365/Outlook, AD/Azure AD, Zoom Rooms and Teams.
• Ability to travel regionally and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technology support to attorneys and staff.
• Imaging and deploying equipment for onboarding new hires.
• Support video conferencing and on-site AV systems.
• Install and troubleshoot software and peripheral devices.
• Log, prioritize and close support tickets and coordinate with IT teams.
