Job summary

OEC seeks a polished technology professional to serve as a dedicated partner to our C-suite and senior leadership. You will deliver a true “white-glove” experience, anticipate needs, and ensure technology simply works across executive devices, AV setups, and secure collaboration tools.

You’ll lead onboarding/offboarding for execs, mentor other support staff, and shape service standards while collaborating with IT leadership to drive strategic tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT support experience, including executive/VIP support in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with conference room AV, video conferencing, and presentation tech.
• Experience supporting boardrooms or executive briefing environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF) and digital signage/room scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level technical support to C-suite and senior leaders, minimizing disruption.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot executive devices (laptops, mobiles, peripherals).
• Own boardroom/AV tech, video conferencing, and presentation tools.
• Proactively monitor executive tech environments to identify and resolve issues.
