Job summary

Claritev is seeking an experienced executive IT support professional to provide high-touch, white-glove assistance to C-level executives and senior leaders. You will manage executive technology across office, home, and remote environments, ensuring minimal disruption and peak productivity.

The role covers Windows and Apple ecosystems, home-office networks, conferencing tools, and secure access. You will work with IT teams to deliver confidential, discreet support in a fast-paced, high-profile

Qualifications

5+ years IT support experience including 3+ years with executives
Strong executive presence and professionalism
Experience supporting Windows and Apple environments
Willingness to work after hours and handle high-pressure situations

Responsibilities

Deliver concierge-level IT support for C-level executives and senior leadership
Build trusted relationships through professionalism, discretion, and strong customer service
Provide proactive, end-to-end technical support for executive offices and remote environments
Anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruption
Manage executive home office tech including networking, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot Windows and macOS, Office 365, VPN, and conferencing tools
Support executive meetings, video conferencing, and special events
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with sound judgment
Collaborate with IT teams to implement secure, reliable solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation and inventories
