Job summary

OEConnection is seeking a polished technology professional to deliver a white-glove, executive-level IT experience. You will support C-suite devices, manage boardroom AV, and ensure seamless collaboration tools across the organization.

You will mentor staff, contribute to standards, and drive improvements in executive technology experiences. The role is on-site as needed, with travel for off-sites and events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT support experience in a corporate setting supporting executives or VIP users.
• Hands-on experience with conference room AV systems and video conferencing platforms.
• Experience supporting boardrooms or executive briefing environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune or JAMF.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level technical support to C-suite and senior leaders, minimize disruption.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot executive devices (laptops, mobiles, peripherals).
• Own boardroom/AV tech, video conferencing, presentation tools, and related platforms.
• Proactively monitor executive tech environments and resolve issues before they arise.
• Partner with IT teams to accelerate complex technical challenges and onboarding/offboarding.
