Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• 4+ years experience in field; in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years enterprise or healthcare IT support.
• Professional experience with Apple iOS, iPadOS and MacOS and Apple hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including: Active Directory, Teams, Intune, Outlook, Office 365, SCCM, and video conferencing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove IT support to providers, executives, and their support staff onsite and remotely.
• Install, configure, and maintain computing platforms, mobile devices, peripheral devices and software.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous support via phone, email, chat, or desk side.
• Respond quickly to outages and provide AV support for presentations and events.
• Collaborate with HITS teams and vendors; manage escalated issues.
