Job summary

Our client in Clayton, MO is seeking an IT Service Specialist to support the leadership team. This is an end-user technology role with white-glove service, ownership of conference rooms, AV, and Microsoft Teams Rooms, and setup for executive meetings and large virtual broadcasts.

The position is onsite five days a week, 6-month contract-to-hire, with potential conversion based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or Communications.
5+ years IT support in corporate or service-provider environments.
Hands-on AV and conference room technology experience.
End-user support in a corporate office with executive exposure.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Provide white-glove IT support to senior leaders with fast, high-quality service.
Set up Teams Rooms and AV systems for executive meetings and events.
Manage Microsoft Teams and Town Hall in real time.
Oversee enterprise print services, devices, and vendors.
Support Windows and mobile device configurations.
Coordinate with vendors to meet SLAs and drive improvements.
Monitor satisfaction, ticket resolution, and feedback trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders on user education and adoption.
Prepare teams for upcoming IT projects and changes.
