Aptiv in Boston is seeking an Executive Officer Support to provide in-person IT support for executives and staff, focusing on meeting room tech, device support, and rapid issue resolution.

You will collaborate with local IT, manage incidents end-to-end, and ensure security and service levels while maintaining discretion and strong customer focus. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, MDM, and enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information tech or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant hands-on IT support in a corporate setting, preferably for senior leaders.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and strong customer focus.
• Ownership mindset with collaborative teamwork and urgency when needed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person IT support to Boston-based employees, executives, and assistants.
• Serve as trusted contact for sensitive executive IT needs with discretion.
• Support meeting room tech, devices, and hybrid collaboration tools.
• Own incidents from intake to resolution across IT teams as needed.
• Maintain ticket updates, reporting, and service quality metrics.
• Follow ITIL, security, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
