Job summary

The ProSource Group, Inc. is seeking an Executive Support Lead to join our Marlborough, MA operations. This full-time role focuses on delivering front-line IT support, executive assistance, and hands-on management of vendors and infrastructure.

You will oversee on-site IT service desk, AV setup for executive meetings, and coordination with remote teams to ensure VPN/MFA readiness. Strong documentation and proactive issue resolution are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site IT support contact for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Triage, resolve, and escalate tickets per SLA; document all actions
• Provision and decommission workstations, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Support onboarding and offboarding with HR and IT operations
• Maintain local IT asset inventory with lifecycle tracking and refresh planning
• Provide high-priority on-site executive support and AV/conferencing setup
• Coordinate with remote IT teams for travel tech readiness (VPN, MFA, loaner devices)
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact executive productivity
• Vendor on-site contact for hardware, software, and telecom; manage access/schedules
• Maintain network infrastructure documentation and port mappings
• Coordinate facilities moves and conference room tech setups
• Escalate facilities issues with IT impact to stakeholders
