Job summary

We are seeking an experienced, highly polished Executive IT Support Specialist to provide hands‑on technology support for executives and business leaders at a new Austin location currently being established. The role will focus on Apple/Mac and Windows devices, mobile devices, and Microsoft productivity tools, with the site buildout as it scales to ~200 employees.

Qualifications

• Executive, VIP or high-touch IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on support for Apple/Mac and Windows endpoints.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Office, and Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or comparable device management.
• Experience supporting Apple and Android mobile devices.
• Strong hardware and peripheral troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, cabling and basic networking.
• Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately when needed.
• Excellent communication skills with executive-level users.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove executive IT support from issue identification to resolution.
• Serve as primary onsite technology resource for the new Austin location and ongoing operations.
• Install, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Apple/Mac and Windows devices.
• Support mobile devices (iOS, iPadOS, Android) and connectivity.
• Support Microsoft productivity tools and virtual/remote sessions (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Office, Excel).
• Assist with endpoint configuration and management in Intune or similar DM environments.
• Set up Dell laptops, monitors, docking stations, peripherals and workstations.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, network connectivity, printing and peripherals.
• Collaborate with infrastructure/security/service desk teams as needed.
• Support meetings, conferences and executive presentations.
