Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license.
• 3+ years in insurance sales or advisory roles.
• Demonstrable history of growing a book of business.
• Proficiency with CRM and policy management tools.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industry updates and changing regulations to keep our client recommendations current and effective.
• Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales processes and elevate the service standard we provide to our neighbors.

Requirements

• Current Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of Pennsylvania.
• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or client advisory roles.
• Demonstrable history of managing a growing book of business.
• Fluency in modern insurance management software and CRM platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster lasting relationships with diverse client groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
