The Atlantic District in Doylestown, PA is seeking an Agent who enjoys connecting with people and providing tailored insurance solutions. Based in a collaborative office, you will help local families and businesses protect their futures with a proactive, service-oriented approach.

You will work in a supportive environment with hands-on training, a Mon-Fri schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrated history of success in sales roles or client-focused environments.
• Solid understanding of risk management and various insurance products.
• Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software and agency management systems.
• Strong organization skills to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
