Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking an Elite Agent to guide families and local businesses in Bethlehem through important insurance decisions. You will manage your own practice with support from a skilled team, building trust and delivering tailored protection plans.

Ideal candidates have a PA P&C license and a track record of growing a personal book, with strong communication and local market knowledge to serve the Bethlehem community effectively.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrated track record of managing and growing a personal insurance book.
• Strong command of agency management systems and digital quoting platforms.
• Clear, articulate communication skills for both phone and in-person consultations.
• Deep understanding of the local Bethlehem community and its specific insurance needs.
• Prior experience with high-net-worth client portfolios is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with local individuals and business owners to understand their long-term protection goals.
• Analyze current policies and identify coverage gaps to ensure your clients are never left exposed to unnecessary risk.
• Guide new and existing clients through the complexities of their insurance options with clarity and patience.
• Manage your own calendar and workflow to ensure every client receives timely and thoughtful follow-up.
• Collaborate with the broader team to share industry insights and improve our collective service standards.
• Represent The Atlantic District in the Bethlehem area with professionalism and a genuine desire to serve our neighbors.
