Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking an Elite Insurance Agent to serve Butler, PA. You will identify potential clients, assess risk needs, and explain coverage options to help clients make informed decisions. You’ll manage a growing book and collaborate with underwriters to secure favorable terms.

You will maintain compliant client files and participate in community events to raise the agency’s profile, while building trusted relationships with individuals and businesses in the Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong command of agency management systems and digital document organization.
• Ability to commute to Butler, PA.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate explanations of coverage options to ensure clients make informed decisions.
