The Atlantic District in Harrisburg, PA seeks an Executive Agent to grow and protect a diverse client base. You will build relationships, review policies, and advise on risk management while negotiating with underwriters for strong coverage options.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• 3+ years in insurance sales or client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong ability to explain policy details in clear terms.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing many clients.
• Existing Harrisburg area network is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency software.
