Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking an Elite Agent in Clearfield to build lasting client relationships and design customized protection plans. You will manage your own pipeline and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver real value and security to clients.

Ideal candidates are licensed in PA P&C, have a proven sales track record, and can communicate clearly with clients while leveraging CRM tools to grow a growing book of business. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule in a local market.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Clear, effective verbal communication for daily client interactions.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage a growing book of business.
• Deep understanding of the Clearfield market and community needs.

Responsibilities
