Job summary

The Atlantic District in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an Agent-Insurance Sales to help neighbors protect what matters most. You will identify new opportunities, explain coverage clearly, and present tailored quotes while building lasting client relationships.

This role offers an annual base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities in a supportive, community-minded team with hands-on training and a Mon-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.

• Proficiency in insurance CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
