Job summary

Intuit is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Business Data Analyst to join our People Data & Analytics team. You will turn analysis into executive narratives that leaders act on, delivering recurring workforce reporting for senior leadership and fast-turnaround analyses for real-time talent decisions.

You will partner with Directors, VP+, HRBPs and Finance to move insights from data to action, own ongoing analytics deliverables, and help set the standard for interpreting workforce data across

Qualifications

• 8+ years of People Analytics or HC consulting advising senior stakeholders.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent.
• Highly data-driven, consultative, and able to influence executives with insights.
• Strong HR data understanding across lifecycle processes.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for leaders.
• Experience closing enablement gaps with dashboards, self-service tools, or AI.
• Comfort prioritizing competing leadership requests and adopting AI-powered tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive analysis and advisory for leadership-level requests across the employee lifecycle.
• Drive analytics enablement across HR and HRBP community with self-service and AI-powered solutions.
