Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of analytics experience with talent analytics or related domains.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents for insights at scale.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse, data pipelines, and data architecture.
• Experience automating manual reporting and building scalable dashboards.
• Excellent communication, with ability to influence executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end data strategy for talent analytics.
• Automate reconciliation to provide near real‑time talent data views.
• Build dashboards and pipelines across workforce planning and TA processes.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics to scale insights and automate recurring tasks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and present data insights to senior leadership.
